Every thread rolling application demands different tool steels depending on the features of the part to be rolled. For this reason, we produce our flat thread rolling dies with a wide range of steels depending on each customer’s needs
All heat treatment and coating operations are made in-house, which allows us to maintain a strict control of these processes, guaranteeing optimum mechanical properties of our flat dies, especially regarding hardness, wear resistance and elasticity, key factors for a reliable, stable and durable performance of our flat dies during the thread rolling process
Thanks to our wide experience in developing our own coatings such as NIT and GG coating, specially conceived to improve wear resistance and increase the die life of our flat thread rolling tools, we are able to produce special flat dies for difficult thread rolling applications such as hard to roll parts after heat treatment (8.8, 10.9, 12.9 classes) or hard to roll materials such as stainless steel, titanium, or Inconel. Our coatings also allow our customers to roll larger volumes of parts, reducing machine preps and changes and minimizing machine down time, which entails a significant reduction in manufacturing costs
Exclusive profile design, advanced grinding technology, self-developed RRO technology, along with our in-house heat treatment and coatings allow us make our dies widely recognized for their long tool life and optimum threading performance in highly demanding threading operations.
We design and produce a wide range of custom made flat dies for all type of thread rolling machines (Waterbury, Saspi, Nedschroef, Boltmaker, Sacma-Ingramatic, EW Menn, Hilgeland, Hartford, Chun Zu, etc ) and many different threading applications and non-standard fasteners such as ogival dies, knurling dies, grooving dies, combination dies, straightening dies, lap free dies, dies with inserts, etc.

Reception of a quotation request from the customer
We contact the customer in order to obtain all the necessary technical information about the thread rolling project, especially specially on the following aspects: part geometry, thread type, part material, type of thread rolling machine, volume of parts to be rolled, etc
We present our solution proposal with detailed technical information about the thread rolling tool that best suits the customer’s needs (type of tool, dimensions, tool steel, coating, RRO type), including price and estimated delivery time
We can also quote regrinding price pricing
Once we receive the customer’s purchase order, we start with the manufacturing process, made in house from beginning to end, and we carry out a tight monitoring of the production process in order to keep the customer informed about the status of the order until its final delivery
We can keep tools on stock for those customers that request this service in order to avoid production stops due to the lack of thread rolling tools
